Intro to Brazilian Rhythms

The Drum Set Coach School offers students from all over the world a chance to expand and improve their drum set skills. So, students are have fun playing new materials and also progressing to a much higher level of playing opportunities.
In this live interactive master class, Henrique De Almeida will present strategies on how to better learn, practice, and perform some of the most popular Brazilian music styles.
He will demonstrate specific grooves and coordination exercises with Bossa Nova, Samba and Baiao. Techniques using brushes will be presented as well and suggestions on improving Brazilian Music chart reading.
The materials presented in this live session are taken directly from Henrique’s Berklee College of Music course “Intro to Brazilian Rhythms.”
